Nestlé Health Science, DBA Atrium Innovations Canada (NHSc), has expended considerable resources around product development, scientific testing, registration and marketing to educate our customers and drive product demand. 

The Corporate Internet Reseller Policy applies to all of our valued customers who currently sell or intend to sell online, or own, operate or manage online websites with e-commerce capabilities. We believe that this is an important component of our strategy to ensure our products are supported with appropriate MAP pricing, marketing presentation, expert medical and retail support, education, and strong customer service to support our professional and retail markets. It is important to note that all products purchased directly from NHSc or through distributors for resale are exclusively intended to be resold within Canada only.  Any sales of SVMHS products outside of Canada is prohibited and will result in termination of business with NHSc.   This policy is designed to protect you, our valued customer, and continue to support the integrity and heritage of our product lines that you have come to rely upon for innovation and quality. There will be a zero tolerance policy for non-compliance and we reserve the right to terminate sales to non-compliant individuals and businesses.
