All orders will be processed and shipped within the next 3 business days when placed before 1:00 PM EST - this includes express shipments for temperature-controlled (Genestra/Pure) products shipping to AB, BC, NL, NU, NT, SK, YT.

We strive to keep our prices as low as possible without compromising the quality and efficacy of our products; however, from time-to-time circumstances may arise where we may need to change prices without advance notice.

All Sales Are Final. Once your order has been placed we are unable to modify or cancel your order. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. No returns accepted.

• Minimum Order of $79*
• Orders $79 to $299 will be charged $40 (all provinces except NT, NU, YT)*
• Orders $79 to $500 will be charged $65 (NT, NU, YT)*
• Order minimums must be met on each order
• We guarantee our products with at least 6 months shelf-life
• Orders can be placed for in-stock products only
• An additional $5.00 handling fee will apply to drop shipments placed through email/phone
• Your order may be charged to your VISA, American Express or MasterCard

Shipping

Shipping schedules are approximate and are based on prevailing market conditions applicable respectively at the time of purchase.

In support of our sustainability ambition of decreasing carbon emissions all orders will be shipped standard ground, except expedited shipping for temperature-controlled products (Genestra/Pure) shipping to the following provinces/territories (AB, BC, NL, NU, NT, SK, YT).

We do not ship to PO boxes and shipping is only available within Canada.

Any shipping errors or damages must be reported to the Customer Service Department within three days of receipt of products.




*During holidays and promotional periods, we may experience a higher-than-normal volume and processing, shipping and delivery times may vary.

Delivery

Delivery can be expected within 2- 7 business days of shipping from our facilities, depending on your location. If not received within this time, contact the Customer Service Department.
