Atrium Innovations strives to keep our prices as low as possible without compromising the quality and efficacy of our products; however, from time to time circumstances may arise where we may need to change prices without advance notice.
We provide expedited delivery service upon request (fees apply) because of the importance of having the products on hand for your patient. Delivery can be expected within 2 days of shipping from our facilities. If not received within this time, contact the Customer Service department. Upon receipt of your order, please check it immediately. Report any discrepancies within three days of receipt.
Products can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase unless marked or defaced. Products with lapsed expiry dates are not accepted. Returns require preauthorization and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Probiotic and homeopathic products are not accepted for return.
To submit a return request, please contact customer service via phone or email. Please have the following information ready: Atrium account information, original order number and/or invoice number, reason for requesting a return, and product information, including product number and lot number.
