Dosing

Adults: Take 2 capsules with a minimum of 125 mL of water 1-3 times daily before, during or after exercise, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. This product provides 80 mg of sodium per dose.
