Diindolymethane (DIM) is a natural component derived from indole-3-carbinole and cruciferous vegetables. BioResponse DIM is the only form with proven absorption demonstrated in independently performed clinical studies.
Iron supplementation is helpful in menstruating women to support the maintenance of good health. PMS Support provides a carbonyl form of iron that is bioavailable and well tolerated. Magnesium has been noted to fluctuate across the menstrual cycle and is involved in many cellular pathways. It helps to maintain proper muscle function by decreasing cramping. B vitamins are also included to help promote energy production.
